These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Jayde Premier Planning website and all services provided.
1. General Use of Website
All content including images, text, branding, and designs is property of Jayde Premier Planning and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
2. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any event date.
- Remaining balances must be paid in full 48 hours before the event.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- One reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.
- Events canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable.
4. Décor, Balloons & Outdoor Conditions
Client understands décor may be affected by weather or environment. Planner is not responsible for damage after setup is complete.
5. Rentals, Props & Damages
Client is responsible for rental items and damages.
6. Safety & Liability
Décor is not designed to support weight. Planner is not responsible for injuries after setup.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate details and accessible venue space.
8. Photo & Media Usage
Photos may be used for marketing unless privacy is requested in writing.
9. Website Forms & Communication
Submitting forms consents to being contacted regarding event services.
10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
